Anthony Quintal

Anthony Quintal is an experienced policy analyst and organizational development specialist currently serving in the Office of Energy Efficiency at Natural Resources Canada since August 2022. In this role, Anthony provides strategic and technical advice on a significant energy efficiency funding program exceeding $200 million and has prepared speaking materials for senior management. Prior to this position, Anthony has held multiple roles at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation since August 2016, including Senior Officer in Skills Development, leading training initiatives for over 2,500 employees, and Program Support Analyst, where onboarding plans and training roadmaps were developed for new hires. Additionally, Anthony has experience as an Organizational Development Intern at the Department of Justice Canada and has worked as a Figure Skating Coach and Marketing Officer at various organizations. Anthony holds a Master of Public Administration from École Nationale d'Administration Publique and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Université de Montréal.
