Hossein Azizi

Hossein Azizi is an AI Computational Developer at Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) since August 2022, leading numerous AI-driven projects focused on automation, optimization, and knowledge management in materials science and related fields. Previously, as a Computational Support Developer and a Computer Programmer/Data Scientist at NRCan, Hossein delivered enhancements in AI-driven automation and database optimization. Academic experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of New Brunswick and a Research Assistant position at McGill University. Hossein earned a Ph.D. in Physics from McGill University and has completed a Data Science fellowship at The Data Incubator, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Solid State Physics and Physics, respectively.
