Justin Lau

Justin Lau is a skilled policy analyst currently working at Natural Resources Canada in various capacities within the International Affairs and Trade, Lands and Minerals Sector, and the Clean Fuels Branch. In parallel, Justin has been involved with Citizen Lab as a researcher and research intern since May 2020. Previous experience includes an analyst role at RBC focusing on high-risk client management in capital markets, as well as research positions at The Reach Alliance, and the University of Toronto where responsibilities included collaboration on research papers under Professor Peter Loewen. An internship with the Hong Kong Government involved drafting reports on detainees' rights and legal aid services. Justin holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Government from the London School of Economics.
