Tyler Seal

Tyler Seal is a skilled Policy Analyst at Natural Resources Canada since April 2023, leading the design of a multi-billion-dollar federal funding program and conducting research on renewable energy technologies and energy storage. With extensive experience as a Basketball Official since September 2011, Tyler demonstrates strong decision-making and communication skills in officiating games. Previously, as an Instrumentation Engineer and Product Owner at MDS Aero Support Corporation from July 2016 to January 2023, Tyler managed the design and implementation of custom data acquisition systems, enhancing engineering efficiency. Tyler holds a Master of Engineering Leadership in Clean Energy Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
