Elyse Leavy

Elyse Leavy is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in planned giving and donor relations. Currently serving as a Planned Giving Officer at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since February 2019, Elyse previously managed legacy giving efforts at Planned Parenthood of New York City, Inc. from October 2015 to January 2019, overseeing a portfolio of Legacy Society members and executing planned gift pipelines. Prior roles include Philanthropy Officer and Development Manager, with a focus on donor prospecting and mid-level donor management. Elyse also gained valuable experience as a Development Associate at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and held various roles in marketing and event coordination earlier in their career. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
