Heather Memarian

Heather Memarian, MBA, has a diverse work experience in human resources and personnel management. Heather currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Partner at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), starting in 2022. In their previous role as Senior Manager, Human Resources (HRBP) at the ACLU of Oregon from 2021 to 2022, they built HR infrastructure, implemented best practices, and developed talent acquisition and benefits strategies aligned with diversity and inclusion.

Prior to that, Heather served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the University of Portland from 2018 to 2021.
