Kit Kennedy

Managing Director (interim), Climate & Clean Energy Program at Natural Resources Defense Council

Kit Kennedy is currently the Managing Director for NRDC's Climate & Clean Energy Program. With a background in law and extensive experience in environmental advocacy, Kit has held various roles within NRDC, including Senior Director and Director in different programs. Prior to NRDC, Kit also served as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the Office of the New York State Attorney General.Kit's dedication to clean energy and environmental issues is evident through their work in litigation, policy advocacy, and program management. With a JD from Harvard Law School, Kit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role at NRDC.
