Nazreen Laffir

Nazreen Laffir has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. From 2017 onwards, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where they dealt with a substantial data volume, imported donations from multiple channels, and provided user support. Prior to this, they served as a Salesforce Administrator at the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they managed Salesforce users and profiles, completed data migrations, ensured data integrity, built reports and dashboards, and provided training. Before their time at IAVA, they worked as a Data Integrity Administrator at MicroEdge from 2006 to 2013. Nazreen also gained experience as a Receptionist (Temporary Position) at Fletcher Asset Management in 2006, an Office Assistant at American Provider Network from 1997 to 2001, and a Summer Intern at Lutheran Medical Center in 2000.

Nazreen Laffir earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Pace University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Nazreen obtained the following: Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in June 2022, Automation Pro II Certification from Workato in June 2021, Automation Pro I Certification from Workato in April 2021, Certified Platform App Builder from Salesforce in November 2018, and Salesforce Certified Administrator in September 2014.
