Ricardo Mejias

Ricardo Mejias has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. Ricardo began their career as an Assistant Editor at Disney Hyperion Books for Children in 2010, and held this role until July 2016. In 2017, Ricardo joined the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where they have taken on multiple positions. Ricardo started as a Temporary Administrative Assistant in March 2017 and transitioned to being a Development Assistant for Foundation Relations in August 2017. Ricardo then moved on to become an Operations Associate for Foundation Relations in March 2019. Currently, Ricardo is working as an Operations Specialist at NRDC, a position they have held since January 2022.

Ricardo Mejias pursued a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz, studying from 2006 to 2010.
