Louise Abayomi is an Associate Professor of Food Technology and Food Systems Management at the Natural Resources Institute since October 2008. Prior to this role, Louise served as a Technical Consultant at Rodanto Ltd from 2004 to 2008, specializing in BRC Accreditation. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Certificate in Agricultural Economics from SOAS University of London, a PhD in Postharvest Technology, and a Master of Science in Postharvest from Cranfield University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
