Pascal's career includes significant positions at the Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS) as a Project Manager and Research Manager, as well as experience with Société Santé en français and CREDDO. In terms of education, Pascal holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Université Laval and completed training in Third Party Neutral Mediation at the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution.
