Jen O'Neal

Jen O'Neal is a Senior Biologist and Project Manager at Natural Systems Design, where responsibilities include integrating scientific research with innovative river and stream restoration designs, utilizing data from effectiveness studies across the Pacific Northwest. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Fish Biologist at Tetra Tech, focusing on salmon habitat monitoring programs and adaptive management for natural resource projects. O'Neal has also served as Course Director at the Northwest Outward Bound School, overseeing wilderness education courses, and began a career as an Instructor at Passages Northwest. O'Neal holds an MS in Fisheries and Aquatic Science from the University of Washington and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
