Derek Slaga

Derek Slaga is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operations Lead at NaturaLawn of America since August 2019, where responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, developing management policies, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. As Co-Owner of Slaga Ventures since November 2018, Derek collaborates with local business leaders to cultivate a mentorship environment focused on financial responsibility and passive income development. Previous experience includes a role as an Operations Team Member at Virginia Power Wash, where Derek managed multiple locations and demonstrated strong independent work capabilities. Derek’s military background as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army from October 2012 to November 2018 includes numerous accolades for leadership, conflict resolution, and analytical skills, evidenced by multiple medals and honors earned during service.
