Firstly, I will ask you to write a diet diary for a typical week which I analyse before our first consultation.  During this meeting we discuss your goals, diet and lifestyle, after which I prepare a nutritional therapy programme for you to follow which is tailored to your desired outcome and personal tastes. 

To keep you on track, we meet again a month or so later for a follow-up consultation to review your progress and fine tune your programme to best suit your lifestyle and preferences. Depending on your condition and progress, a few follow-up consultations could be needed to enable you to get - and keep - the results that you want.
