Janet Scott

Janet Scott is currently a Technology Advisor & Co-Founder at Naturbeads. Prior to this, they were a Group Leader at the University of Bath from May 2010 to April 2016. Janet has also been a Director at JLS ChemConsult Ltd from October 2008 to October 2015, where they provided consulting services and external research project management specializing in Sustainable Chemistry. From October 2006 to October 2008, Janet was a Marie Curie Senior Fellow at Unilever HPC in a knowledge transfer role for Green Chemistry. From January 2002 to December 2006, Janet was Deputy Director at the Centre for Green Chemistry at Monash University. Janet also held the title of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at Monash University from January 1999 to December 2001 and Reader at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Bath. Janet has also been Training Director at the Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies and R&D Manager at Fine Chemicals Corporation.

Janet Scott has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cape Town. Janet is a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
