Eugenia Díaz Osorio

Eugenia Didenko is an experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, having worked at Leadex Systems since June 2024 and previously at Netcracker Technology from September 2021 to June 2024. At Netcracker Technology, Eugenia guided teams through the SAFe framework, fostering Agile maturity and addressing blockers while supporting Product Owners. Prior to this, Eugenia managed multiple projects at PixelPlex, overseeing scope, resource planning, and customer satisfaction across various domains, including web and mobile development, Fin-Tech, and e-commerce. With a foundation in business development and project coordination from Ispirer Systems and Elinext, and a solid academic background in International Relations from Belarusian State University, Eugenia brings a diverse skill set to project management and business analysis.
