Alex Handy

Alex Handy is an experienced data science and research leader currently serving as Head of Data at NatureMetrics and as a Senior Research Fellow and Data Scientist at University College London. Previous roles include Head of Data Science at Vira Health, where a comprehensive data strategy was developed to support significant customer growth and market expansion. Alex also led consulting teams at MTM London and managed commercial strategy initiatives at Sky. As the founder of VsportR, a virtual reality sports platform, and co-founder of the African Innovation Prize, Alex demonstrated a commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship. Academic credentials include a BA Hons in History and Management from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London.
