Michelle then moved on to CROSSMARK in 2005, where they held various positions such as Retail Supervisor, Director of Retail Operations, Division Manager, and Vice President of Retail Operations. During their time at CROSSMARK, Michelle implemented quality assurance processes, designed comprehensive planning and management models, improved team execution, and increased revenue. In 2017, they joined Nature Nate's Honey Co. as the Director of Sales Operations, and eventually became the Senior Director of Sales Operations. Overall, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on improving efficiency and performance, and a track record of driving revenue growth.
