Ananda Baron

Ananda Baron is the current Director at NatureBridge. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Total Rewards at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah from October 2018 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and overseeing enterprise programs that included Sales & Broad Based Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Diversity & Inclusion. Baron was also accountable for the strategy, design, implementation, and governance for all compensation and benefit programs for the organization and its subsidiaries.

From April 2010 to October 2018, Baron served as the Senior Director of Ethics & Compliance at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In this role, they were responsible for Communications, Leadership Development, Corporate Governance, and Process Improvement.

Baron began their career at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in January 2007 as the Manager of Office of the Chairman. In this role, they were responsible for Communications, Leadership Development, Corporate Governance, and Process Improvement. Prior to this, they completed a Marketing Internship at American Express from June 2006 to August 2006.

Ananda Baron has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, a certification from Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, a certification from Cornell University in Labor Relations, and a certification from SHRM as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
