Hagit Elaz Wise

Hagit Elaz Wise, MBA has over 15 years of experience in operations, education, and outdoor programs. Hagit started their career as a Ski Instructor at Steamboat Resort in 2004 and later worked as a Ski Instructor at Big Bear Mountain Resort. In 2005, they became a Mountain Learning Instructor at The Mountain Institute and a Field Instructor at High Trails Outdoor Science School. Hagit briefly served as the Director of Outdoor Programs at Camp Wicosuta in 2006. Hagit joined NatureBridge in 2007, where they held various roles, including Field Science Educator/Site Manager, Strategic Planning Coordinator, and Director of Operations for the Southern California Campus. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of National Operations at NatureBridge, where they lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies and achieve organizational goals. Hagit Elaz Wise has a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and developing quality programs and services.

Hagit Elaz Wise earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002. Hagit later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University Channel Islands, graduating in 2021. In 2001, they also studied International Business at James Cook University. Hagit holds a certification in Wilderness first responder from NOLS Wilderness Medicine, obtained in 2018.
