Zephyr Sincerny

Zephyr Sincerny is an experienced professional in outdoor education and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at NatureBridge since August 2005, Zephyr oversees program logistics and manages a team of Site Managers and a Field Safety Officer in Yosemite National Park. Previously, as a Field Science Educator, Zephyr designed and implemented educational curricula and conducted risk assessments for school-age students. Prior experience at Outward Bound USA included roles as Course Director and Lead Instructor, where Zephyr was responsible for course delivery, staff supervision, and risk management for outdoor adventure activities. Earlier, as a Residence Director at Fort Lewis College, Zephyr facilitated residential operations and developed training programs for student staff. Zephyr holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Humanities from Pacific University.
