Hofit Moshe

Hofit Moshe (Siman Tov) is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Operations at NatureGrowth Incubator LP, where a large-scale tech incubator is being established in Sderot, Israel. Prior to this, Hofit worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CYREBRO, focusing on employee empowerment and recruitment. Hofit also held the position of Recruitment Team Leader at Log-On Software, leading a team of 15 recruiters and managing the recruitment process lifecycle. Earlier experience includes a Technical Recruiter role, where Hofit specialized in sourcing software engineers, and serving as a Human Resources Intern at Polysack Flexible Packaging Ltd., where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, onboarding, and employee relations. Hofit holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Sapir College.
