Oren Heiman

Oren Heiman is an accomplished entrepreneur and attorney with extensive experience in leadership and community engagement. As the CEO and Co-founder of NatureGrowth Incubator LP since July 2021, Oren leads an Agtech-focused incubator in Southern Israel. Previously, Oren founded and served as the Executive Director of Am Sagol, a social movement dedicated to promoting excellence in Israeli society. Oren's background includes being the Managing Partner at Shibolet & Co., one of the largest Israeli law firms in North America, where legal expertise spans corporate, high-tech, litigation, and more. Additionally, Oren has founded numerous organizations including Moatza Mekomit New York, the Tel Aviv University Alumni Organization in New York, and others focused on supporting Israeli professionals and startups in the U.S. Oren holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Columbia Business School and an LLM in International Business Law from Tel Aviv University.
