Eric Weiss

Eric Weiss is an accomplished artist and educator with a diverse background in environmental education and puppetry. As the Owner, Teacher, and Puppet Builder at Homeslice Puppetry since August 2015, Eric specializes in creating custom puppets and teaching puppetry classes for a wide range of audiences, from children to professionals. In addition, Eric serves as the Program Coordinator for Nature's Classroom Inc. since September 2010, facilitating communication between schools, staff, and host organizations for an environmental education program. Eric's teaching experience extends back to 2005 with Nature's Classroom, alongside previous roles as Team Leader for the Student Conservation Association and Maine Conservation Corps, focusing on trail conservation work. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo, earned in 2000.
