Rejane Herzog - McCulloch

Rejane Herzog-McCulloch has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rejane started their career as a Retention and Sales Specialist at WM, where they proactively managed over 600 accounts in Western Canada. Rejane then worked as a Targeted Skills Shortage Program Facilitator at Community Futures North Okanagan, where they collaborated with local businesses and employees to create training plans and facilitate scheduling. Rejane also played a role in building and launching Our Okanagan, a website that connects businesses and consumers in the Okanagan region.

Following this, they joined Piscine Energetics as a Sales Executive and Account Manager, specializing in harvesting Mysis shrimp for aquatic specialty stores and public aquariums. Rejane worked internationally to provide PE Mysis to industry leaders, contributing to the preservation and increase of Kokanee Salmon population in Okanagan Lake.

Most recently, Rejane worked as an Account Manager at Nature's Formulae Health Products, a custom manufacturer in Kelowna. Rejane worked closely with brand owners throughout the product development and manufacturing process, offering turnkey solutions and utilizing the latest technology and natural product formulations.
