Catherine Hollon

Catherine Hollon has a diverse work experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Catherine started their career in 2016 as a Supply Chain Intern at PepsiCo. In 2017, they joined PepsiCo full-time and held multiple roles, including Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance/Engineering Resource, and R&D Engineer. Catherine worked at PepsiCo until 2022, primarily in research and development. In 2022, they joined Tropicana Brands Group as an R&D Senior Engineer and stayed there until 2023. Currently, Catherine is working at Nature's Fynd as a Sr. Food Processing Engineer-External Manufacturing.

Catherine Hollon obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability at Harvard Extension School, with an expected completion in 2023.
