Eleanore Eckstrom has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eleanore currently holds the position of Senior Director, Product Development at Nature's Fynd, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as Director, Product Development at the same company from October 2018 to July 2022.
Before joining Nature's Fynd, Eleanore worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2015 to 2018. During their tenure there, they held the role of R&D Lead - Breakthrough Innovation from May 2018 to October 2018. Eleanore also served as Sr. Manager - R&D Scientist, where they focused on Refrigerated new product platforms and led teams through project milestones and commercialization challenges. In addition, they were the cream cheese technical lead for the Cheese business unit in 2015-2016.
Eleanore also has a long history with Kraft Foods, where they worked from 2006 to 2015. Their roles at Kraft Foods include Assoc. Principal Engineer from June 2011 to July 2015, Sr. Scientist from December 2009 to June 2011, Scientist from June 2007 to December 2009, and Associate Research Scientist II from September 2006 to June 2007.
Prior to their time at Kraft Foods, Eleanore worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at California Polytechnic State University's Dairy Products Technology Center from September 2004 to September 2006. Eleanore also served as a Sales Coordinator at McMenamins from August 2003 to September 2004.
Eleanore's early career included a role as an R&D Chemical Engineer at Synetics Solutions (now Brooks Automation) from July 2000 to February 2003, where they managed a product line and chemical vapor filtration laboratory. Eleanore also held the position of Chair of the safety committee and sub-committee chair for hazardous communication and materials procedures.
Eleanore began their professional journey as a Co-op Research Assistant at GTC Technology from January 1998 to August 1999.
Eleanore Eckstrom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman in the years 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Dairy Products Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the program during the years 2004 to 2006.
