Emilie Runac

Emilie Runac is an accomplished professional in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Nature's Fynd since September 2020. Prior to this role, Emilie held various leadership positions at Bel from March 2005 to September 2020, including Plant Director at the Little Chute plant, where management of a union workforce and a substantial annual cheese production was achieved. Additional roles encompassed directing research, innovation, and development efforts across multiple plants in North America, overseeing major production and capacity improvement projects, and managing teams of food scientists and packaging engineers. Emilie holds a Master's degree in Food Science from ENSIA, completed in 2005.
