Jason Shields

Jason Shields has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Jason began their career at Del Sol as a Marketing Analyst, where they conducted market research and analyzed data to identify marketing opportunities. Jason then moved on to USANA Health Sciences, where they worked as an Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst, conducting risk assessments and analyzing budgets.

Jason later joined Young Living Essential Oils, where they held multiple roles, including Director of People Operations, Director of Internal Audit, and Senior Director of Internal Audit. In these positions, they developed and implemented internal audit procedures, led risk-based audits, and managed HR operations.

Most recently, Jason has been working at NSP as the Director of Internal Audit, where they oversee the daily activities of the internal audit department and ensures compliance with SOX guidelines. Jason also coordinates with external auditors to support their procedures.
