Adam Zalewski possesses extensive experience in engineering and management roles within the food and production industries. Currently serving as a Site Engineer at Natures Way Foods since February 2013, Adam is responsible for the maintenance and operation of machinery, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and implementing improvements to plant equipment. Previous positions include Section Manager and Development Section Manager, where Adam managed teams, oversaw operations against KPIs, and facilitated training and recruitment.
