Andrew Melachrino

Andrew Melachrino has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to health, safety, and risk management. Andrew is currently working as an Online Delivery Driver at J Sainsburys. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Health Safety and Risk at Natures Way Foods since 2016. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Dairy Crest as the Head of Group Health and Safety, where they focused on compliance, behavior, and engagement to improve performance and culture. Before that, they served as the Head of Health Safety and Environment at United Biscuits from 2002 to 2006. Andrew's experience in the field started at Nestlé Purina Pet Care, where they worked as the Risk Manager Europe from 1996 to 2002.

Andrew Melachrino completed a Masters Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management from Portsmouth University from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from Mid Kent College Higher Further Education from 1979 to 1981.
