Brand Manager at Nature's Way

Aileen Payumo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aileen is currently working at Nature's Way, where they have held several positions, including Associate Brand Manager, Senior Associate Brand Manager, and currently as a Brand Manager since August 2022. Prior to that, Aileen founded and served as the Chief Kale Crafter of Take Root, a company focused on producing healthy snacks. Aileen started Take Root in 2014, driven by a personal mission to provide nutritious snacks in the Philippines. Aileen has also worked as a Freelance Digital and Social Strategist at Mighty Twenty from July 2013 to June 2014. Aileen gained valuable experience in social media strategy and management as Manager at DigitasLBi from July 2010 to June 2013. Aileen holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, where they graduated in July 2010. Aileen also worked as a Student Consultant at IDEO during their time at the university. Aileen's earlier experience includes an internship at Campbell Soup Company as an Associate Brand Manager intern, where they led a cross-functional team and conducted market research. Aileen also worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Root Learning and as a Marketing Associate at VIBE, managing integrated marketing programs for various clients. Prior to their marketing career, Aileen pursued their passion for musical theatre as a Musical Theatre Artist at Various Productions from 2002 to 2005.

Aileen Payumo holds a BA degree in English and Theatre from Wesleyan University. Aileen also pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
