Carol Shoemaker has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carol started their career as an Owner-Manager of a TCBY and Mrs. Fields Franchising store from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they demonstrated outstanding leadership and team-building skills while managing a staff of 12 employees.

From 1995 to 2001, Carol worked as a Store Manager at Health Plus, where they successfully developed new business and increased sales by $600,000. Carol also organized and conducted educational lifestyle events at hospitals and schools.

In 2001, Carol started their own business called Carols Naturally Yours, where they served as the Owner until 2006.
