Nature's Way
Dustin Demmin has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Dustin started their career at Kimberly-Clark as an Analyst III in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Dustin then joined Neenah Paper as an Analyst III, where they contributed to the selection of ERP systems and outsourcing of the Computer Center. In 2005, they moved to Humana as a Programmer/Analyst. In 2006, Demmin joined Schwabe North America / Nature's Way Brands as a Lead Developer in Business Systems and later became a Systems Analyst in Business Systems. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Business Systems Manager, where they managed a team responsible for supporting SAP ECC, SAP IBP, and custom interfaces to SAP. Dustin also led the implementation of a Greenfield SAP project across multiple modules. In 2015, Demmin was promoted to IT Director, a role they currently hold.
Dustin Demmin attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Computer Systems. In addition, Dustin obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018.
