Kathy Schmitz

Customer Service Manager at Nature's Way

Kathy Schmitz has extensive work experience in customer service and support roles. Kathy started their career in 1986 at the Business Service Center, where they worked as a Customer Service representative until 1991. Kathy then joined The AnSer Services as Support Staff/Scheduling, serving in that role until 1995. Kathy then moved to Schwabe North America, where they held the position of Customer Service Manager. During their time at Schwabe North America, they attended the ICMI conference in San Diego and had previously attended the conference in Seattle.

Kathy Schmitz completed their education at Edgewood College from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Prior to that, Kathy attended Aquinas High School from 1974 to 1978, where they received their General Diploma.
