Kerri Frake

Kerri Frake has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kerri currently works at Nature's Way as a Sr. People Team Manager. Prior to this role, they held positions as a People Team Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. Before joining Nature's Way, they worked at Paragon Development Systems (PDS) as an HR Business Partner, where they collaborated with senior leadership on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives. Kerri also gained experience at Target as an Associate Campus Recruiter, focusing on HR and Talent Acquisition. In addition, they worked at Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Marketing Assistant, managing marketing activities such as email campaigns, website communication, and client events. Earlier in their career, Kerri started as a Community Strategist at Enzymatic Therapy, where they wrote product comparisons, content schedules, and blog articles. Kerri also had a brief role as a Marketing Intern at the Green Bay Bullfrogs Baseball Team. Kerri Frake attended Oconomowoc High School from 2001 to 2005. Kerri then pursued higher education at St. Norbert College from 2005 to 2009, earning a degree in Communication with an English Minor.
