Klaus Uedelhofen has a diverse and extensive work experience. From 1996 to 2003, they worked as a Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Following that, they served as the President & CEO of Liwena Pharma from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Accenture as a Consultant, before joining Cepton GmbH as a Founding Partner from 2006 to 2010. From 2011 onwards, they worked at Nature's Way - Schwabe North America as the SVP Strategic Planning & Business Development. Currently, they hold the positions of Head Global Strategy & Business Development as well as Executive Vice President Global Strategy & Business Development at Schwabe Group.

Klaus Uedelhofen completed their primary education at Grundschule Bellenweg from 1977 to 1980. Klaus then attended Friedrich Dessauer Gymnasium from 1980 to 1989, where they obtained their Abitur. Following this, Klaus Uedelhofen pursued their tertiary education at The Philipp University of Marburg from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Lastly, they attended the University of Tübingen from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Diplom Kaufmann degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
