Monica Chen has a diverse work experience in brand management and marketing. Monica is currently working as a Brand Manager at Nature's Way. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate Brand Manager at the same company. Before joining Nature's Way, Monica was a Marketing Director at Aunt Fannie's. Monica has also worked as an Associate Brand Manager at MGA Entertainment and as an MBA intern in marketing and product development at Health-Ade Kombucha. Monica has experience in business design as well, having worked as an MBA intern at Polymath Ventures. Prior to that, they worked as a Media Supervisor at SUPERMOON and as a Communications Planning Supervisor in freelance roles. Monica also served as a Consumer Strategist at Initiative. Monica began their career as a Strategy Associate at Tiny Rebellion and as a Research and Strategy Assistant. Monica has a background in catering and worked as a Catering Specialist at the University of California San Diego.

Monica Chen completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC San Diego between 2008 and 2012.

Additionally, Monica obtained a certification from the 4A's Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies at UCLA Extension in May 2014. Monica also attended the University of Sussex in 2011 for International Business but did not obtain a degree from there.
