Paul Stephen is an experienced conservation professional with a strong background in biodiversity and environmental management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at NatureSpace Partnership since October 2022, Paul has also held positions as Senior District Licensing Officer and Bedfordshire Newt Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Biodiversity Adviser for RSPB and Barratt Developments PLC from November 2014 to November 2022, where collaboration focused on achieving biodiversity gains in development projects. Additionally, Paul served as a Senior Ecologist at Thomson Ecology Ltd, leading projects in protected species surveys and sustainable planning. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Biodiversity and Conservation from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Environmental Biology) from the University of Leicester.
