Julian Candanosa Cantu

Julian Candanosa Cantu possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, having worked in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector since 1992. Currently employed at NatureSweet, Julian oversees operations across four packing plants in Mexico and the USA and leads project teams for new product introductions while ensuring high packing quality and efficiency. Previous roles include positions at Eaton's Cooper Wiring Devices, Mabe, Nestlé México, and Kimberly Clark, where Julian successfully implemented high-performance systems, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and managed significant projects from planning through startup. Education includes a degree in Electronic Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an Executive Reinvention Program certification from Tracy Goss.
