Erik Ripple

Erik Ripple currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NatureWorks, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erik was the Chief Strategy Officer at Nexeon Ltd from April 2023 to November 2023. Erik's extensive experience at Ingevity spanned from April 2010 to March 2023, where roles included Chief Growth Officer, President for Asia Pacific, Vice President of Performance Materials, Business Director of Global Automotive, and Director of Corporate Development, focusing on corporate development and strategy for the chemical division. Erik began their career at Eastman Chemical Company, contributing from 1992 to 2010 in various capacities such as Innovation Leader, Corporate Development Manager, Business Manager for Coalescents and Specialty Solvents, and Coatings Regional Business Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Erik holds an MBA in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
