Kyle Kalinosky

Kyle Kalinosky has extensive experience in the field of reliability engineering and maintenance. Kyle began their career in 2010 as a seasonal employee at Kellogg Company. In 2011, they served as a Peer Mentor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Kyle then joined Cargill in 2012 as a Production Management Co-op Engineer, where they worked on operator training and implementation of reliability excellence process improvement tools. In 2013, Kyle became a Reliability Engineer at Cargill, focusing on defect elimination projects and developing an understanding of failure modes of mechanical components. Kyle joined NatureWorks in 2016 as a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, where they work to improve overall plant reliability and ensure long-term asset reliability.

Kyle Kalinosky attended Iowa State University from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2011, they also briefly studied at Swansea University, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
