Roger K.

Roger K. serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NatureWorks since September 2023, overseeing Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and IT for the international BioPolymers manufacturer. Additionally, Roger is a Board Member for Catholic Charities Twin Cities, contributing to various committees focused on investment, finance, audit, and program development. Previously, Roger held multiple senior finance roles at Cargill from September 2016 to October 2024, including Joint Ventures Finance Leader and Senior Finance Director, where responsibilities encompassed corporate financial planning, joint venture strategy, and leadership in budgeting and investor relations. Roger's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Qore LLC, a PE Backed Company, Target, Ford Motor Company, and various accounting firms. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
