Martin Styner

Martin Styner serves as the Head of Operations at Naturex since November 2020, overseeing the production of fruit powders and pectin with an annual capacity of 5,500 tons, a workforce of 150 employees, and a budget of 43 million Swiss francs. Prior to this, Styner held multiple senior positions at Givaudan starting in January 2006, including Head of Continuous Improvement & Site Engineering and Maintenance Zurich, where responsibilities included local engineering, technical services for two sites, and the continuous improvement process for operations involving 300 employees. Additional roles at Givaudan included Head Site Engineering and Maintenance, focusing on ensuring technical operations across two sites, and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing a production facility with 70 employees generating over 2,200 flavor and food ingredient products. Styner’s educational qualifications include certification as a Maintenance Manager, a diploma in business processes, and expertise in change management and Six Sigma methodologies.
