Aida López Vera

Aida López Vera has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Aida is currently working as the People and Culture Director at Naturitas since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Uriach from 2019 to 2021 as a Talent Manager. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Head HR & Communication Portugal at Uriach Portugal. Aida's career at Uriach began in 2011, where they served as a Talent Specialist from 2015 to 2017 and as a HR & Communication Technician from 2011 to 2015.

Aida López Vera has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universitat Ramon Llull. Aida also holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, which they obtained between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Aida completed a Master's program in Human Resources Management at the UPF Barcelona School of Management, which took place from 2016 to 2017.
