Nicola Lavarino

Nicola Lavarino has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, they have been serving as the CEO of Naturitas since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Country Manager for Naturitas from April 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Naturitas, Nicola worked at Laborest Italia SpA as the People & Communication Director from February 2016 to May 2019. Nicola Lavarino completed a Master in Business and Personal Coaching from the Barcelona School of Management from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Executive M.B.A. with a specialization in Master Business Administration from the same institution from 2008 to 2010. In 2003, Nicola underwent the Program for Director Development at the IESE Business School. Their undergraduate education took place from 1992 to 1997 at the Università di Pavia, where they obtained a degree in Ingenieria Informatica e Automatica, specializing in IT and Processes.

In addition to their educational background, Nicola Lavarino has obtained additional certifications in Good Manufacturing Practices from TDV in Barcelona, Spain, and in ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) from Osiatis in Barcelona, Spain.
