Stefan Van Damme is an experienced nature conservation and management consultant currently working with Natuurpunt since April 2017, where responsibilities include drafting management plans and overseeing restoration projects for natural areas in East Flanders. Prior to this role, Stefan served as a team supervisor for nature management at Ysgol Clewedog and held various positions including teaching assistant and guide/instructor at multiple educational institutions, where lectures on phylogeny and anatomy were taught. Stefan's background includes a role as an EVS volunteer with the Scottish Wildlife Trust, focusing on practical conservation tasks, as well as data management with the Flanders Marine Institute.
