Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in financial and human resource technology. Currently serving as Director at NatWest Group since May 2015, Amit leads the Finance Sub Ledger platform and oversees Human Resource Technology in India, supporting the Workday system across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Amit held various director-level positions focusing on finance technology, including Oracle General Ledger Reporting and Disclosure Automation. Amit's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where responsibilities included managing the FLARE implementation for non-UK Business Entities, and a Project Lead role at Fidelity Investments, contributing to customer data management systems. Amit began the career at Max New York Life Insurance Corporation. Amit holds a Master of Computer Application degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
