Bukola Adisa

Bukola Adisa is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in financial compliance and assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework Design & Delivery at NatWest Group since March 2021, Bukola has also founded Career Masterclass in February 2015. Previously, Bukola held key positions including Board Trustee at Centrepoint from September 2021 to March 2024, Managing Director of Controls Framework at Barclays, and Head of Regulatory Compliance Monitoring at HSBC. Bukola's extensive experience includes leadership roles in financial crime assurance and compliance monitoring at institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Marsh, and Deloitte, where expertise in AML, fraud, and related regulatory matters was developed. Bukola holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Lagos and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (ACIS).
