Craig Hopton

Craig Hopton is an experienced HR Programme Manager at NatWest Group, overseeing strategic programmes in HR and the Reward & Employment portfolio since April 2018. Previous roles include Financial Crime Project Manager and Programme Manager in HR, where Craig focused on building and leading diverse teams to enhance the colleague experience through innovative policies and digital solutions. Prior to NatWest, Craig held various positions at RBS from October 2007 to March 2018, including Business Manager, Programme Manager for Pensions, and HR Consultant, managing a range of HR projects for a global client base of approximately 30,000 employees. Craig holds a Master of Arts in Medieval Studies from the University of York and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from Durham University. Early education includes A Levels in Physics, Geography, History, and English Literature from Holmes Chapel Comprehensive.
